  EDITH V. TURNER 
  
  Edith V. Turner, 89, of Star Acute, Frostburg, Md., died Friday, May 30,
  1986 at Frostburg Community Hospital, Md.  Born in Forman, W. Va., Aug. 18,
  1896, she was a daughter of the late Jesse C. McDonald and Belle (Shrout)
  McDonald.  She was a former machine operator for the Celanese Corporation
  and Footer's Dye Works in Cumberland, Md.  She was a member of the Cherry
  Grove Church of the Brethren.  Her husband, Frank P. Turner, died in 1980.
  Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Vada Knott, Hagerstown, Md.; and several
  nieces.  Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md.
  where services were conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Earl Harper and
  the Rev. Stephen Durr.  Interment, Mount Zion Cemetery at Long Stretch.
