Turner, 89, of Star Acute, Frostburg, Md., died Friday, May 30, 1986 at Frostburg Community Hospital, Md. Born in Forman, W. Va., Aug. 18, 1896, she was a daughter of the late Jesse C. McDonald and Belle (Shrout) McDonald. She was a former machine operator for the Celanese Corporation and Footer's Dye Works in Cumberland, Md. She was a member of the Cherry Grove Church of the Brethren. Her husband, Frank P. Turner, died in 1980. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Vada Knott, Hagerstown, Md.; and several nieces. Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md. where services were conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Earl Harper and the Rev. Stephen Durr.
