  THOMAS F. TURNER 
  
  Thomas Frost Turner, 76, of 128 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, Md., died December
  29, 1976 in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born in Garrett County, Md.,
  he was a son of the late James Henry and Molly (Frost) Turner.  A retired
  carpenter, he was a descendant of the city's founders.  He was preceded is
  death by his wife, Nancy (Wright) Turner.  He was a member of the
  Carpenters' Union, Local 1029.  Surviving are two daughters, Miss Mary Eliza
  Turner, at home; and Mrs. Isabell Thomas, Frostburg, one son, John Turner,
  Frostburg; two sisters, Mrs. Elmira Stanton, Grantsville, Md.; and Mrs.
  Dolly McKenzie, Milton, Md.; four grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
  Services were conducted at the Durst Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald F.
  Sause officiating.  Interment, Frostburg Memorial Park.
