  TURNEY
  
  Chalmer E. Turney, 82, Markleton RD 1, died Sept. 26, 1987, at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Dec. 1, 1904, in Addison Township, son of the late
  John W. and Emma K. (Davis) Turney.  Survived by brothers and sister: Ruth
  Sechler, Confluence; Lawrence R. and Floyd W. Turney and Nina Heil, all of
  Markieton.  Preceded in death by sister, Grace Dwire.  Member of Confluence
  Christian Church.  Friends are being received at Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, from 10 a.m. to time of service at 1:30 p.m. Monday with the
  Rev. Evert C. Millard officiating.  Interment, St. Paul's Cemetery.
