  Harold E. Turney, 70, Livonia, Mich., formerly of Sipesville, died Jan. 22,
  1996, in Livonia, Mich.  Born Aug. 4, 1925, in Sipesville.  Preceded in death
  by parents, William and Mabel (Romesberg) Turney; a sister and a brother.
  Survived by his wife, Mary Ann; and stepdaughter, Cheryl; and two step
  grandchildren.  Also survived by brother, Playford Turney, Somerset.
  Memorial service was held in Livonia, Mich.
