Born Nov. 25, 1931, in Westmoreland County, daughter of David and Nellie (Robinson) Cottle. Preceded in death by parents; sisters Iva Foust, Martha Turner, Ruth Miller and Julia Hause; and brother Richard. Survived by husband of 54 years, Charles "Jughead," daughters, Linda, married to Dennis Troy, Cranberry Township, Butler County; Cindy, married to Christopher Marlowe, and Debbie, married to Bob Pepley, both of Johnstown; six grandchildren, S. Sgt. Keith Troy, and wife, Lisa; Kristy Troy; Melissa and Will Marlowe, Jared Truscott and friend, Amy; and Robin (Truscott) Kelly; special "grandson," Daniel Turney and his family, and four great-grandchildren, Eric and Brianna Troy and Kylie and Madison Kelly. Sister of Elva Crowe, Jefferson, Ohio; Elizabeth Ellis, Yakima, Wash.; Sara "Dolly" Stants, Rushdale; David, Glassport; and Eldred, West Newton. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Boswell and Unite Here, formerly ILGWU. Retired employee of former Dorfman & Hoffman Garment Factory. Family receiving friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell. Visitation also at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Funeral service at 1 p.m. Saturday at Covenant Church. The Rev. Dr. R. Bruce Maxwell and the Rev. Douglas Black officiating. Interment, Horner-Mount Tabor Cemetery. No viewing at church.
