  TWARDESKY
  
  Barbara E. Twardesky 53, of Confluence RD 2, died March 20, 1997 at her
  home.  She was born March 31, 1943 in Uniontown, a daughter of the late
  Henry and Ruth (Solomon) Burd.  She is survived by her husband, Ron; three
  sons, Robert Ray of Camden, S.C., Russell Ray, Butler and Rick Ray,
  Charleston, W.Va.; a stepdaughter, Tonya Fullem, Ohiopyle; eight
  grandchildren; two brothers, Larry Burd, Virginia Beach, Va. and Philip
  Burd, Ashland, Ohio; and her stepfather, Sherwood Coleman, Ashland, Ohio.
  Friends will be received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, from 7-9
  p.m., Saturday and 10 am to 9 p.m., Sunday and from 10 am. until 2 p.m.,
  Monday, the hour of service. Rev. A. Merl Calkins officiating.  Interment
  will follow in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
