  TWIGG
  
  Anna S. Twigg, 94, of 1427 Church Street, Cumberland, Md., died Saturday,
  Feb. 21, 1987 in Cumberland, Md.  Born in Deal, on Dec. 11, 1892, she was
  the daughter of the late Peter W. and Sarah (Decter) Suder.  She was
  preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Twigg, on July 1, 1970, and a
  son, Carl Smith, in December 1983.  A retired clerk for Rosenbaum's
  Department Store, she was a member St. Mark's United Church of Christ,
  McKinley Chapter 12, Order of the Eastern Star, Potomac Sisterhood 284.
  Dames of Malta, and Our Flag of Cumberland 100, Daughters of America.
  Surviving are a number of nieces and nephews, including Mrs. Robert Austin,
  Meyersdale.  Friends were received at the Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary
  where services were conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Harold T.
  Shaffer.  Interment, Rose Hill Cemetery.
