Twigg, 58, of 3124 Baily Rd., Massilon, Ohio, in Aultman Hospital, Canton, Ohio. He was born in Hooversville, and resided in the Meyersdale area before moving to Massilon, Ohio. He was owner-operator of the Twigg Bake Shop in Meyersdale in the mid 1950's. He is survived by his wife Helen Twigg, two daughters, Kathy at home, and Karen of Springfield, Missouri; two sons, Kirk at home, and Kevin of Massilon, two grandchildren. Also two sisters, Mrs. Verna Laughlin of Bucyrus, Ohio, and Mrs. Shirley Hostetler of Cumberland, Md. He was a member of Clinton Lodge No. 47; F and AM member of Mason Commandery No. 4; Hiram Chapter No. 18 in Massilon; Member of Perry Township No. 3 Volunteer Fire Dept.; Honorary member of Canton Township No. 3 Fire Dept., and member of both Volunteer Fire Departments. He also was an employed medical technician instructor and member of the National State Fire Service Association; member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Somerset, Pa., and a member of Travelers Protective Association in Pennsylvania. Services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday at Calvery Chapel Church in Massilon, interment 10 a.m., Monday at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Massilon, Ohio. The Republic, November 15, 1979 [T745]
