  RUTH N. TWIGG 
  
  Ruth N. Twigg, 80, Slabtown, MD, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 1990, at Sacred
  Heart Hospital Hospice Unit, Cumberland, MD.  Born March 28, 1910, in
  Garrett, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary (Roby) Norris.
  She was a homemaker and attended the Mount Harmony United Methodist Church,
  Wellersburg.  Surviving are her husband, Earl Twigg; one daughter, Shirley A
  Baker, Mount Savage, MD; two sons, Ronald E. Twigg, Eckhart, MD; and Donald
  C. Twigg, Wellersburg; three brothers, David Norris, Mount Savage, MD; Roy
  Norris, Meyersdale; and Raymond Norris, Fairhope; seven grandchildren: and
  four great-grandchildren.  Friends were received at the Durst Funeral Home,
  Frostburg, MD where services were conducted Sunday at 1 p.m. by the Rev.
  Dennis A. Fetter.  Interment, Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale. MD.
