  TWIGG
  
  Thomas Ellwood Twigg, 52, of 361 Upper Springs Road, Springs, died March
  15, 2003, at his residence.  Born Jan. 22, 1951 in Bedford, the son of Irene
  (Sheetz) Twigg Richards, Bedford County and the late Raymond E. Twigg.
  Surviving besides his mother arc his fiance, Connie Twigg Cave, Springs;
  three daughters, Erikia Twigg, Springs, Marie Twigg and Crystal Twigg, both
  of Ellerslie, Md.; one stepdaughter, Angelia Cave, Grantsville, Md.; two
  brothers, William Twigg and Rick Twigg, both of Hyndman; six sisters, Ruth
  Ann Twigg, District Heights, Md., Diane Scott and husband, Jimmy,
  Petersburg,.Va., Gloria Easton and husband, Thomas Sr., Rogers. Ariz.,
  Connie Twigg and Vickie Twigg, both of Cumberland, Md., Sandy Crosten and
  husband, Donald, Cresaptown, Md.; and four grandchildren,	Courtney
  Pennington, Dakota Pennington, Stephanie Dolly, Jacob Carr.  Mr. Twigg was a
  finisher for Biederlack of America, Cumberland, Md., and was a NASCAR
  collector and fan of No. 18, Bobby LaBonte.  Friends will be received from 7
  to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Newman Funeral Home Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Highway,
  Salisbury, where service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Wednesday.  Rev. Randy
  Haulk officiating.  Contributions may be directed in care of the family.
