  George W. Uhl, 83, of 529 Valley St., Lewistown, died Dec. 9 in
  Lewistown.  He was born Dec. 3, 1889.  He is survived by his wife
  Mable Young Uhl; a son Willard H. Uhl of 507 Harrison Ave., Somerset;
  a sister; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.  He was a
  member of the First Baptist Church, Lewistown.  A private funeral
  service will be conducted Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from Heller's Woodlawn
  Funeral Home, Lewistown.  Interment in Mount Rock Cemetery.  The family
  will receive friends today from 7-9 p.m. in the funeral home.
