ULLERY, Alvera J. (Blough)  09/20/08  Daily American

Alvera J. (Blough) Ullery, 92, Somerset, formerly of Davidsville, died Sept. 19, 
2008, at The Patriot.  Born June 22, 1916, in Conemaugh Township, daughter of 
Titus and Jemima (Thomas) Blough.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, 
William E. Ullery; sisters, Alda Davidhizar, Alverta Bigelow, Almira Baurle and 
Arlene Kisslak; and brothers, Arthur and Alvin John Blough.  Survived by son, 
Walter, married to the former Marilyn (Yoder) Pebley, Hollsopple; daughter, Flo, 
married to Ray  McVicker, Boswell; grandchildren, Deborah, married to Patsy 
Codispoti, Jenners, and Michael, married to the former Tresa Albright, 
Davidsville; three step grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Angelo and Chad 
Codispoti and Bodhi McVicker; and numerous nieces and nephews.  A 1935 graduate 
of the former Boswell High School.  Member of Bethel United Methodist Church, 
Hollsopple, and the Conemaugh Township Senior Center.  She enjoyed collecting 
antiques and refinishing furniture.  Viewing from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday 
at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 109 Church Road, Davidsville, 
where service will be held 11 a.m. Monday.  The  Rev. Roger Forry officiating.  
Interment Blough Mennonite Cemetery.
