FRANK UNCAPHER

  Frank Uncapher, 56, died very suddenly Tuesday evening, February 17.  He was 
the son of Porter Zell and June (Shaffer) Uncapher, and was unmarried.
  He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Samuel Riehl of Berlin and Mrs. Frank 
Meagher of Binghamton, N.Y., and a brother, Clarence Uncapher of Cumberland, Md.
  Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Feb. 19, at 2 p.m., at the Johnson 
Funeral Home, with Rev. Ira R. Harkins of the Reformed Church officiating.  
Interment was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Berlin.
