    James H. Uphold III, 19, of Confluence RD 2, died April 15, 1998,
  at Uniontown Hospital.  Born Feb. 24, 1979, in Meyersdale.  A son of
  James H. Jr. and Luann (Leon) Uphold of Confluence.  In addition to
  his parents, also survived by maternal grandparents, Louis and Rachel
  Leon of Canonsburg, and paternal grandparents, James H. and Betty
  (Artice) Uphold of Confluence; a paternal great-grandmother, Alice
  Uphold of Confluence.  Also his girlfriend, Lisa Worton of
  Confluence, and two sisters; Echo Uphold of Confluence and Harmony
  (Uphold) Swaney of Farmington.  He was a member of Grace Chapel
  United Methodist Church.  Friends will be received at the Humbert
  Funeral Home in Confluence from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Friday
  (today).  Funeral services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Grace Chapel United
  Methodist Church, with the Rev. Del Wasser officiating.  Interment,
  Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
