He was born July 2, 1950, the son of William and Edwinna Urban, Santa Ana, Calif. Survived by his parents; sister, Deborah Stuvick of California; two nieces, Lindsey and Ashley Stuvick. He was a Major in the Marine Corps Reserve and a helicopter pilot. A 1968 graduate of Somerset Area High School, he received a degree in aircraft management from Southern Illinois University. He was employed by the Association of Aircraft Underwriters as an underwriter. Military services are to be conducted Wednesday in California. A memorial service is planned for March 1 at the Listie Brethren Church. Floral tributes may be sent to Fairhaven Memorial Park and Mortuary, 1702 Fairhaven Ave., Santa Ana, Calif. 92701.
