  Josephine M. Uschak 

  Josephine M. Uschak, 72, Pandora, died May 5, 2004, at Well Spring at
  Huntington Ridge.  Born Dec. 4, 1931, at Latrobe the daughter of Frank J. and
  Mary A. (Glitsky) Glamp.  Preceded in death by parents, husband Steve J.
  Uschak and brother Francis J. Glamp.  Survived by sons Stephen J. Uschak and
  wife, Joy, Greensburg; David F. Uschak and wife, Stephanie, Scottdale, Ariz.;
  Dean R. Uschak, Somerset; daughter Susan M. Hook and husband Robert,
  Somerset; seven grandchildren: John Daugherty, Jesse Uschak, Gabrielle
  Uschak, Laura Hook, Theresa Hook, Chris Hook and Jenifer Rick, and a numerous
  nieces and nephews.  A member of St. Mary's Byzantine Church and a nurse at
  Latrobe Area Hospital for 31 years.  Family and friends will be received on
  Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  at the John J. Lopatich Funeral Home Inc., 601 Weldon Street, Latrobe.
  Parastas service 8 p.m. Friday and Panachida service at 9:30 a.m. Saturday
  both at the funeral home.  Divine liturgy at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's
  Byzantine Church.  Interment in St. Mary's Byzantine Cemetery.  In lieu of
  flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Alzheimer's
  Association, Laurel Mt. Chapter, 1011 Old Salem Road, Greensburg, Pa. 15601;
  or Heartland Hospice, 980 Greengate N. Plaza, Greensburg, Pa. 15601.
