  VALLAS
  
  Nicholas G. Vallas, 46, born Oct. 23, 1934, in Johnstown, died Jan. 17,
  1981, in Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh.  He was the son of Mrs. Eleanor
  (McVicker) Vallas and the late Nichoas [sic] G. Vallas.  Veteran of the
  United States Navy.  Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, class of
  1959, in business administration.  He was at the time of his death director
  of food services, business manager and secretary to the board of education
  of the Butler Area School District, Butler.  He is survived by one son,
  Lance Vallas; his mother, Eleanor; one sister, Marjorie Vallas; one
  brother, James Vallas, all of Pittsburgh.  There was no viewing.  Funeral
  service and interment at convenience of family.  Memorial in Mr. Vallas'
  name may be made to a charity of your choice.
