Born Aug. 2, 1911 in Indianapolis, Ind., she is the daughter of the late Leverette and Laure VanLiew. Also preceded in death by sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Louise) McKinster and companion and friend, Morris Sipe. Survived by niece, Mrs. Michael (Lynn) Fox of Clermont, Fla. and great-niece and nephew, Mrs. David (Jodie) Williamson and David Corydon both of Florida and friend, Mrs. Calvin (Asenath) Sipe of Somerset. Member of Somerset Christian Fellowship and a retired music teacher. Friends received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be held at 4 p.m. with Pastor William J. Dodson officiating. Interment in St. John's Cemetery.
