  GRACE E. VAN PELT 
  
    Grace E. Van Pelt, 73, of RD 8, Valley Road, was dead on arrival Aug. 18,
  1981 at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    She was born at Salisbury, and was a daughter of the late John M. and
  Margaret (Hetrick) Fresh.
    She is survived by her husband, Kermit B. Van Pelt Sr.; two sons, Kermit
  B. Van Pelt Jr., Eatontown, N. J., and Charles E. Van Pelt, at home; one
  daughter, Mrs. Patricia Ann Hansford of Hagerstown; one brother, John R.
  Fresh, of Akron, Ohio; and nine grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Kight Funeral Home where services were
  conducted with the Rev. Parker S. Harper officiating.  Interment was in
  Hillcrest Burial Park.
    Pallbearers were Colin Hansford, George Hansford, William Hansford,
  George Keidel, John Martin and Douglas Van Pelt.
