  CLARENCE VAN SICKLE
  
    Clarence VanSickle, 72, of Friendsville, Md., died March 26, 1972,
  in Cuppett-Weeks Nursing Home, Oakland, Md.
    Born in Friendsville, he was the son of the late Samuel and Mary
  Ellen (Detrick) VanSickle.  He was a member of the Sand Spring Church
  of God.
    Surviving are a son, Clifford VanSickle, Friendsville; four
  sisters, Mrs. Rhuie Fike, Friendsville; Mrs. Irene Fike, Oakland;
  Mrs. Mary Deam, Homestead; and Mrs. Effie Halfhill, Hanover; also
  three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
    Funeral service was held Wednesday afternoon in Newman Funeral
  Home, Friendsville, with Rev. H. B. Rittenhouse officiating. 
  Interment in Sand Spring Cemetery.
