  Karen G. Varner, 52, Meyersdale, formerly of Windber, died July 6,
  2000.  Born Nov. 23, 1947 in Windber, daughter of the now late Foster
  M. and Effie S. (Bradley) Varner.  Also preceded in death by sister
  Joyce Wozny.  Survived by: sister Linda Bokinsky, Arnold, Md.;
  brother-in-law Stanley, Windber; nieces Kimberly Dixon, Rehoboth
  Beach, Del.; Jacquelyn Geyer, Severna Park, Md,; and Kristen
  DiMattina, Pompano Beach, Fla.  Also survived by three grandnieces, a
  grandnephew, friend Janice Malinish, Windber, and caregiver Jody
  Shoemaker, Meyersdale.  Member of Main Street Brethren Church,
  Meyersdale.  Active in Meyersdale Senior Citizens.  Family will
  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Dalla Valle
  Funeral Home, Inc., Windber, where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Monday.  The Rev. Robert Stahl officiating.  Interment, Richland
  Cemetery.
