  Norma Lee Varner, 54, Windber died Feb. 27, 2001 at Windber Medical
  Center.  Born May 29, 1946 in Johnstown, daughter of Norman L. and
  Twila (Stonbraker) Blough.  Preceded in death by father.  Survived by
  husband Ken, Johnstown, mother Twila Blough, Lakeland, Fla., sons
  Norman E. Blough and Scott Webb, both of Windber, and granddaughter
  Alyssa Webb.  Sister of Robert L., married to the former Roxanne
  Wallace, and Harry L., both of Lakeland.  Family will receive friends
  2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at The Dalla Valle Funeral, Home,
  Windber where service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday.  Rev. Marvin
  Kauffman officiating,  Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
