  VELASCO
  
  Marlene R. Velasco, 49, of Meyersdale, died Feb. 19, 2003 at her
  home.  Born Dec. 29, 1953 in Wall, a daughter of the late Arthur and
  Mary Ellen (Geyer) Hughes.  She is survived by her husband Peter
  Velasco, and a daughter Rachel Elizabeth.  She was a registered nurse
  and a member of the Boynton Assembly of God Church.  Friends will be
  received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Leckemby Funeral
  Home.  She will be taken to the Boynton Assembly of God Church on
  Saturday to lie in state from 9 to 10 a.m. the time of service with
  Rev. Thomas Twigg officiating.  Interment in the Penn Lincoln
  Memorial Park, Irwin.
