Born Dec. 9, 1922, in Jennerstown. Daughter of Rev. William Mullen and Pearl Viola (Johnson) Minerd. Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Lester Grant Williams, and second husband, George Vesel; daughter, Anna Pearl Williams; son, William Ralph Williams; sisters: Nellie Bish, Ruth Shaffer, Violet Sanner, Lillian Bailey and Ethel Hetzer; brothers: Melvin and Paul Minerd. Survived by these children: Shirley A. Shaulis and friend Terry A. Tallion of Wills Church Road, Somerset; Lester G. Williams Jr., married to the former Marlane Myers, of Latrobe; Clifford W. Williams, married to the former Faye Horner of Mayport; Edward James Williams, married to the former Candy Bugnacki of Middletown, Ct., and Ms. Linda Mae Weitz of St. Petersburg, Fla. Also 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. Glenn (Bertha) Blubaugh of Lima, Ohio, and Donald E. Minerd of Berlin. Member of Roof Garden Christian Church, Third Society of Farm Women, 55 and Over Speeders. 1941 graduate of Somerset High School. Retired crossing guard for Somerset Borough. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, with Roy A.
