Born Oct. 15, 1918, in Gray, daughter of Angelo and Sebastianna (Calderone) Perigo. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 44 years, Stanley A. "Bo" on Dec. 16, 1992; sister, Josephine "Jay" Donia; and brothers Artillo "Frank", John, Joseph, Carmel and Dominick. Survived by children, Agnes, widow of Elbert "Eb" Paul, Sanger, Calif.; and Steven, married to Patricia Ramoni, Whiting, N.J.; grandchildren, Anastascia "Stacy" Klimek, Sanger, Calif.; Sean Klimek, San Antonio, Texas; Monica (Vish), married to Mark Martin, Las Vegas; and Stephanie Vish and Stanley Vish, both of Whiting, N.J.; great-grandson, Ryan Esparaza; and sisters-in-law, Ann Perigo, Aurora, Ohio; Ethel Perigo, Boswell; Helen Perigo, Kennett Square; and Nora Perigo, Stoystown. A 1937 graduate of the former Boswell High School. Member of All Saints Catholic Parish and the sodalities of the former St. Joseph Church, Jenners, and the St. Stanislaus Church, Boswell. Also a member of Boswell Lodge 1780 SOI and the Boswell Firemen Auxiliary. Charter member of the Four Seasons Club. Life time member of the Boswell Post 461 American Legion Auxiliary. Retired employee of Green Gables Restaurant, Jennerstown, with 32 years of service. Along with brother Joseph, who was Santa Claus for area children for many years, Katie was Mrs. Claus. Viewing from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Main Street, Boswell, where a vigil for the deceased will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, followed by auxiliary services. SOI service at 6:45 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Saturday at All Saints Church, Boswell. The Rev. Father Justin A. Ratajczak, OFM, Conv., celebrant.
