  VOGEL
  
  Leonard E. Vogel, 75, of Friedens RD 1, died June 6, 1985, at his
  residence.  Born July 9, 1909, in Friedens, son of the late George W.
  and Bessie (Spangler) Vogel.  In addition to his parents, he was
  preceded in death by an infant sister.  Survived by his wife, the
  former Freda (Fritzie) Miller.  Brother of Mrs. Stewart (Margaret)
  Eisler of Somerset and Gordon E. of Madison, Ohio.  Member of the
  Friedens Lutheran Church, FOE and Loyal Order of Moose No. 48 of
  Johnstown.  Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the
  Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be held at 1:30
  p.m. Sunday at the Friedens Lutheran Church, the Rev. James Ling
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Body will
  lie in state at the church from 12:30 p.m. Sunday until time of
  service.
