Vought, 74, of Lincoln Highway, Stoystown RD, died Oct 27, 1997, at the Windber Medical Center. Survived by loving wife, the former Mary Klebonis, and a loving family. Member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Stoystown. Along with wife, owned and operated the Kings-N-Queens Hotel Inc., Stoystown RD, since 1972. Army veteran of World War II, having participated in the Battle of Normandy, and served in northern France and the Rhineland. Received the Bronze Star, Silver Star, two Purple Hearts, Distinguished Unit Badge, and the European, African and Middle Eastern service medals. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 11 am. Thursday, the Rev. Paul E. Claycomb officiating.
