Vought, 76, of Meyersdale, died Sept. 11, 1979, in Meyersdale Community Hospital. She was born Dec. 4, 1902, in Grantsville, Md., a daughter of the late John A. and Saville (Bittinger) Butler. Preceded in death by husband, Ray C. Survived by two daughters: Mrs. Gladys Schardt of Meyersdale and Grace, wife of James Spart of Fort Washington, Md.; 9 grandchildren; one great-grandchild. She was a sister of: Woodrow, Mark and Mrs. Melda Butler of Grantsville, Md.; Alton, Salisbury RD 1; Mrs. Beulah Tressler of Springs; Mrs. Lottie Mathias of Meyersdale; Mrs. Viola Hutzel of Somerset; Mrs. Ida Reckner of Gray; Mrs. Pearl Dodson and Mrs. Evelyn Hudcheck, both of Brownsville; and Mrs. Elma Durst, Meyersdale RD 3. She was a member of the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren and Meyersdale Senior Citizens. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Wednesday in M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, until noon Friday, when the remains will be taken to the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren to lie in state from 1 to 2 p.m., the time of service, the Rev.
