He was born August 1, 1923 in Boynton, a son of the late Elmer and Carrie (Engle) Vought. Also preceded in death by his wife, the former Eleanor Jean Murray; two brothers: Ralph and Samuel Vought; and two sisters: Margaret Schrock and Pauline Lichty. He is survived by two daughters: Carrie J. Miller, Meyersdale; and Paula Kaye Vought, Meyersdale. Also survived by numerous cousins. Paul was a retired cement finisher, a veteran of the U.S. Navy WWII. A member of American Legion Post 0459 and VFW Post 8826 in Salisbury. Funeral service was conducted at the Price Funeral Home Meyersdale, with the Rev. David Fetter officiating. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.
