 The Somerset herald. (Somerset, Pa.): March 10, 1880
In Jenner township, Somerset county. Pa., Feb. 26th, 1880, Mrs. Sarah Witt, aged 70
years, 9 months and 22 days. Mrs. Witt was married in the year 1834, and was the
mother of 8 children, and the grandmother of 32. She was member of the Evan.
Lutheran church. Funeral discourse by Rev. F. J. Strayer, of the Evangelical
Association, assisted by Rev. Spangler, of the Lutheran church.
