  Clara P. (Spory) Wable, 84, of Annapolis, Md., formerly of Boswell
  RD, died April 25, 2002, at home.  Born Jan. 23, 1918 in Jenner
  Township, the daughter of Harvey S. and Hattie (Berkey) Spory. 
  Preceded in death by parents; husband Lucius F.; son Richard F.;
  brothers Roy and Ernest "Bud" and sister Lenora Lang.  Survived by
  children Clyde and Dorothea, married to Thomas Oliff, Riva, Md;
  grandchildren Linda Oliff, Forest Hills, Md., Christina, married to
  Paul Hartman, Annapolis, Md., Peggy Hackett, Owings, Md., and Richard
  Wable, married to Kathy of Chesapeake, Md.  Also survived by beloved
  great-grandchildren Wally Simpson and Christopher Thomas Hines,
  Jessica and Jimmy Hackett and Jacob Richard Wable.  Sister of Mary
  Ellen, widow of Irving Ohler, Ligonier, Leonard, married to Betty
  (Williams) Werder, Thomas Mills, Alma; widow of Theodore Taylor,
  Boswell, and Shirley, wife of William Thomas, Boswell RD. 
  Daughter-in-law Jo Wable Flynn, Owings, Md., and sister-in-law Katie
  Spory-Durst.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and best
  friend of 74 years Nora Thomas, Hollsopple.  Member of Edgewater
  Baptist Church, Edgewater, Md.  Friends will be received from 1 to 3
  p.m. Saturday at Jenner Township Baptist Church, where funeral
  service will follow at 3 p.m.  The Rev. Curtis K. Hamel
  officiating.  Interment, Jenner Township Baptist Cemetery.  Flower
  deliveries may be sent to the church between 10 and 11:30 a.m.
  Saturday or memorial contributions may be sent to Jenner Township
  Baptist Church, 244 Keyser Road, Boswell, Pa., 15531.  Arrangements
  by Hoffman Funeral Homes, Boswell.
