  WADSWORTH
  
  Effie H. Wadsworth, 101, of Somerset died May 22, 2002, at Somerset
  Patriot Manor.  Born Oct. 5, 1900 in Laurelville.  Daughter of Thomas
  Wadsworth and Ada Ellen (Brothers) Hoke.  Preceded in death by
  parents, husband Hays Eugene Wadsworth who died Feb. 14, 1998, son
  Thomas Hays Wadsworth; sister Ruby Garrison and brother Milton
  Hoke.  Survived by daughter, Mrs. Ruth M. Forney of Somerset;
  daughter-in-law,
  Dorothy D. (Gnagey) Wadsworth of Lancaster; five grandchildren:
  Richard D. Forney II of Selma, Calif.; Miss Ellen M. Forney of
  Somerset, Mark W. Forney, of Buxton, N.C., Thomas Wadsworth of
  Landisville, Michael Wadsworth of Lancaster, and, six
  great-grandchildren: Joshua and Ashley Forney, Joshua, Lauren,
  William and Scott Wadsworth, and sister, Ruth Barkley of
  Middletown.  Member of Somerset Church of the Brethren, and Chapter
  383 Order of Eastern Star, Scottdale.  Former employee of L.E. Smith
  Glass of Mount Pleasant.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday
  at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be
  held at 10 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Roger L. Furry officiating. 
  Interment, Mt. Joy Cemetery, Mount Pleasant. Contributions may be
  made to the Somerset Church of the Brethren, 303 S. Center, Ave.,
  Somerset, Pa. 15501.
