Born Nov. 23, 1910, in Meyersdale son of the late George A. and Elsie (Tressler) Wagaman. Preceded in death by sister Stella Millhouse. Survived by widow, the former Grace Feaster, daughter, Kay, wife of Thomas Leister of Meyersdale RD4; two grandchildren, Sharon and Mary Ann. Veteran of World War II. Member of Zion Lutheran Church, Meyersdale American Legion, and Salisbury VFW. Former Meyersdale Borough foreman and worked with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) for eight years. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, the Rev. Harold A. Appel and the Rev. Bobby Phillips presiding. Interment, Union Cemetery. Veterans memorial service will be held Wednesday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Daily American, September 7, 1977 [W0014]
