  Betty J. Wagner, 84, of Box 111, RR 1, Shirleysburg died Aug. 29,
  2003, at home.  Born July 8, 1919, in Fairmont, W.Va. a daughter of
  the late Pearle M. and Goldie (Riggs) Pitzer.  Also preceded in death
  by husband, Harold F. Wagner whom she married June 12, 1938, in
  Somerset.  He died on June 24, 1997, and brother Richard Pitzer. 
  Survived by children: Betty Marlene Wagner of Somerset, Mrs. Terry
  (Carole A.) Fritz of Gray, Mary E. Wagner of Somerset, Dennis E.
  Wagner of RR 1 Shirleysburg, Deanna Lee Wagner of RR 1 Shirleysburg,
  and Mrs. David Ruth E. McMath of RR 1 Shirleysburg; three
  grandchildren and one great-grandson.  A sister of Dolly Burford of
  Freeport and Norma Lee Glessner of Somerset.  No public viewing or
  visitation.  Private funeral service will be held at the convenience
  of the family.  The family requests that flowers be omitted.
