  Dorothy L. Wagner, 73, of Somerset, passed on Sept. 14, 2002 at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born Oct. 19, 1928 in Rockwood, the daughter of
  Harry and Mabel (Barclay) Phillippi.  Preceded in death by her
  parents and brother Harold Phillippi.  Survived by her husband,
  Edward C. Wagner; son, Owen S. Long, married to Denise; and grandson
  Justin O. Long, all of Cleveland, Ohio.  Sister of Doris Henry of
  Rockwood and halfsister of Joyce Miller and Marie Lewis, both of
  Waverly, Ohio, and Dean Beck of Trent.  Friends will be received from
  2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where
  service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.  Rev. Kerry Johnson
  officiating.  Interment Casebeer Church Cemetery.
