  Earl C. Wagner, 83, of Somerset RD 5, died Sept. 27, 1976 in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  He was born Oct. 7, 1892 in Salisbury, the son of
  Charles and Fannie Garlitz Wagner.  Preceded in death by his first
  wife Emma Schramm and one son.  Survived by his wife Susan, the
  former Susan Bockes; and one son Robert, of Aron, Ohio; these
  stepchildren: Donald Klink, Byesville, Ohio; Mrs. J. (Viola) Hay,
  Stoystown; and Mrs. Carl (Roberta) Wilt, Stoystown; and a grandson,
  Dale, of Butler, Pa.; 15 step grandchildren, three great
  grandchildren, and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Carlos (Marria)
  Gonder, Ligonier; Mrs. Clarence William Cochran, Masontown, Pa.; Mrs.
  Warren (Blanche) Moon, Johnstown; and Mrs. Raymond (Florence)
  Slickerman, Somerset.  He was a member of the UMWA.  Friends are
  being received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home.  Service
  Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home, Rev. Donald K. Ansel
  officiating.  Interment, Salisbury IOOF Cemetery.
