Wagner, 55, of Weston, W. Va., died Thursday, October 15, 1981, in Stonewall Jackson Hospital, following an extended illness. A native of Salisbury, he was born January 5, 1926, a son of the late Albert Wagner and Erma Bockes Wagner, of Salisbury. On March 12, 1948, he married Mildred Irene Beeson, who survives. He is also survived by one daughter, Donna Jean Miller, of Weston, W. Va.; two sons, Thomas Michael, West Milford, W. Va.; and James Edward Wagner, at home. Also survived by four grandchildren; three brothers, George Robert Wagner, of Baltimore, Md.; Harry Wagner, Meyersdale; Franklin D. Wagner, Salisbury; one sister, Phyllis L. Bender, Grantsville, Md.; and Eliza Bockes and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Bush, of Garrett. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Jack. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy; later worked as a construction worker in Weston; a member of Freedom Baptist Church, Turnertown. Funeral services were held Oct. 18, in the Floyd Funeral Home, Weston. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Deauville, W. Va. Those attending the funeral from the area were Erma Wagner, Franklin D. Wagner, Helen and Gregg Wagner, of Salisbury; Pauline and Roy Bush, Elizabeth Bockes, of Garrett; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Wagner and William, of Meyersdale; Mrs. Jane Swartzwelder, of Salisbury; Thomas and Phyllis Bender, Grantsville, Md.; Mr. and Mrs. George R.
