  JAMES R. WAGNER
  
    James R. Wagner, 79, of Cumberland, Md., died Oct. 44, 1977, at
  Sacred Heart Hospital.  He had been in ill health for some time.
    Born August 23, 1898, in Fairhope, he was the son of the late James
  K. and Annie (Miller) Wagner.
    He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Mildred Baker of Canton, Ohio, and
  two brothers, Edgar Wagner, Meyersdale, and Palmer Wagner, Berlin.
    Mr. Wagner was a war veteran.
    Funeral services were conducted Monday at the Leckemby Funeral Home
  with Rev. Harold A. Appel officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
