  JULIA B. WAGNER
  
    Julia B. Wagner, 86, of 1531 Thalia Ave., Youngstown, Ohio, died
  July 2 in St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, Youngstown, Ohio,
  after a long illness.
    She was born Jan. 29, 1895, in Salisbury, a daughter of Chauncey
  and Minerva Albright Meese.  She was a member of John Calvin-St. Paul
  Church.  Her husband Hubert M., whom she married in 1916, died June
  23, 1948.
    She is survived by two sons, Fred P., of Youngstown and Sam L.,
  with whom she made her home; eight grandchildren; and 11
  great-grandchildren.
    Services were held at 9 a.m., July 3, at the Fox Funeral Home, Ohio.
