Wagner, 92, Somerset, formerly Lincoln Township, devoted wife and loving mother, died July 2, 2004, at The Patriot. Born May 19, 1912, in Somerset, the daughter of the late William and Gertrude (Zimmerman) Alexander. She is survived by her devoted husband of 68 years, Dwight Wagner, three daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Marjorie) LaBrosse, Pittsburgh, Mrs. Roger (Judith) Clouser, Harrisburg, and Linda Wagner, Sewickley; four grandchildren, Ronald and Robert LaBrosse, Michael Walker and Ann Garrett; also 11 great-grandchildren. Longtime member and former secretary of Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church, where she was very active in the Sunshine Workers Class. Also a member of the Trinity Chapter 138 O.E.S. and was secretary for the Somerset County Commissioners for 18 years. A 1930 graduate of Somerset High School and a graduate of Cambria Rowe Business College. She and her husband delivered Meals on Wheels for many years. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church. The Rev. Dennis Doebler officiating. Interment in Somerset County Memorial Park.
