Born Nov. 5, 1909, in Elk Lick Township, a daughter of the late Joseph H. and Jennie F. (Russell) Wagner. Survived by three sisters: Thelma E. Miller of Springs, Mildred E. Blocher of Salisbury, and Dorothy B. Jeffrey of West Salisbury. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, charter member of Springs Historical Society, and a lifelong producer of maple sugar products at the family farm Wagner sugar camp, and also a dairy operator. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. to noon, Sunday, at Newman Funeral Home Inc., Salisbury where service will be conducted on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. with Rev.
