Born April 3, 1917, in Windber, daughter of the late Frank and Bess (Ream) Baumgardner. Also preceded in death by her husband Clarence Cobaugh Wagner. Survived by son, C.C. "Bud" Wagner II and his wife Rep. Nancy Wagner, Dover, Del.; grandchildren, Morgan Wagner Holman and her husband, Andy, and C.C. "Tripp" Wagner III and his fiancee Heather Hall. Graduate of the Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital, School of Nursing and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She was a life-long registered nurse, and worked as a supervisor of nursing at Windber Hospital. She also managed several nursing homes in Pennsylvania and was a state nursing home inspector. Mrs. Wagner retired as a school nurse from Windber High School and Westmont School District. A lifelong member of the Order of the Eastern Star and former member of Calvary Untied Methodist Church, Windber. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the William Kisiel Funeral Home, Windber. Interment, Richland Cemetery, where a graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Gary Grau officiating.
