Wagner, 80, of Berlin, died June 5, 2002 at his residence. Born Sept. 25, 1921 in Stonycreek Township, he was the son of Wilson M. and Edith (Stull) Wagner. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Katherine Hansel and May Rayman. He is survived by his wife of 52 1/2 years, Betty (Johnson) Wagner; two sons, Terry, married to the former Vicki Nordstrom, Washington, Pa.; and Scott, Berlin; Grandsons, Michael and Russell Wagner; brother, Harvey Wagner, Latrobe; and a sister, Marie Sturtz, Berlin. He was a retired operating engineer for Local 66, Pittsburgh; Army veteran of World War II; Member of Trinity United Church of Christ, American Legion Post 445, and the Last Man's Club, all of Berlin; Life member of NRA; F.O.E. 1801, Somerset; Meyersdale Lodge 554 F & AM; Hebron Chapter 272; Scottish Rite and Jaffa Shrine, both of Altoona; Berlin and New Baltimore Sportsman Clubs; and Mountain Field and Stream, Roxbury.
