  Vera E. Wahl, 88, Rockwood, died May 28, 2004, in Conemaugh Memorial
  Center, Johnstown.  Born Feb. 11, 1916, in Rockwood a daughter of
  Harvey F. and Fern (Phillippi) Livengood.  Preceded in death by
  parents, husband Earl K. Wahl Sr., who died Aug. 16, 1976, a brother
  Weldon Livengood.  Survived by children Judith Nikula, Finland, Minn.;
  Earl K. Wahl Jr., married to the former Betty Stahl, Somerset; Jon A.
  Wahl, married to the former Laurene Orslene, Somerset; Mrs. Ralph
  (Sharon) Pletcher, Rockwood; Mrs. Francis (Melanie) Deitz, Rockwood;
  grandchildren: Lauren and Landon Wahl, Julie Mitchell, Russ Pletcher,
  Jodie Brougher, Dickie, Michael and Jeffrey Nikula, Cindy Deitz and
  Wendy Goetti, Luke Deitz, Kara Brown, Kyla Pritts, 16
  great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.  A sister of L. John
  Livengood, Somerset; Billy Livengood, Rockwood; a sister Thelma
  (Livengood) Cox, Calif.  A member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church,
  Rockwood, 138 Order of Eastern Star, Somerset.  Friends received from
  7 to 9 Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral, Somerset. Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at
  St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Rockwood.  The Rev. George Mason
  officiating.  Interment Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
