    Florence (Fracos) Walat, 70, of Boswell, DOA Sept. 28, 1996, at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born Aug. 15, 1926, in Jerome.  Daughter of John
  and Anna (Gaska) Fracos.  Preceded in death by parents, infant
  brother Charles; brothers, Peter and Jack, and sister, Anna
  Poznack.  Survived by husband, Casimir "Chizzie" and these children:
  Anita, wife of George Krupa, Jerome; Janie Walat and fiance, Wayne
  Ross, Boswell; and Marty, married to Karen Long, Stoystown RD 3;
  grandchildren: Melissa Krupa and Brett and Cody Walat.  Sister of
  Vickie Moskowitz, Miami, Fla.; Marion Krevock-Blasco, Boswell; Betty
  Aubrey, Garden Grove, Calif., and Fred and wife Jane, Buffalo, N.Y. 
  Also numerous nieces and nephews.  Member of All Saints Catholic
  Parish, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public School Employees. 
  Observed 48th wedding anniversary Aug. 7, 1996.  Former head cook at
  North Star High School with more than 20 years of service.  Friends
  received from 7 to 9 p.m Monday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at
  the Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where wake service
  will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday.  Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.
  Wednesday at St. Stanislaus Church, Boswell.  Rev. Father Blase
  Wegierski, O.F.M. Conv.  Interment, church cemetery.
