    Hazel K. (George) Waldbaum, age 84, died Feb. 16, 1993, at Siemon's
  Lakeview Manor Estate, Somerset RD 7.  Born Dec. 31, 1908, in Mount
  Pleasant.  Was sales clerk for Joseph Horne Co., Pittsburgh, until
  retirement.  Member of Bible Baptist Church.  Survived by husband,
  Elmer H. Waldbaum, Somerset RD 7.  Preceded in death by parents,
  Clarence and Ethel (Queer) Koontz; 3 brothers: Ernest H., Russell V.
  and Kenneth W. Koontz.  Survived by a great niece, Dr. and Mrs. Paul
  (Toni) Bramson, Murrysville, a great nephew, James R. Trout II of
  Apollo, and one sister, Mrs. Frances Riffle, Arizona.  Friends were
  received Thursday evening at Galone-Caruso's Funeral Home, 204 Eagle
  St., Mount Pleasant, where service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, the
  Rev. Dale A. Lyzbicki officiating.  Burial at Mount Pleasant Cemetery,
  Mount Pleasant Twp., Pa.
