    WALK
    
    William E. Walk, 80, of Somerset, died Feb. 24, 1999, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Dec. 12, 1918, in Clearfield County.  Son of John and
  Elsie (Shaulis) Walk.  Preceded in death by parents, daughters Mary
  Jane Walk and Shirley Jean (Walk) Krause, brothers Oscar, Harry and
  Charles Wolk and sister, Florence Hauer.  Survived by wife of 51
  years, Gladys (Mitchell) Walk.  Also survived by his granddaughters
  who were raised as the Walks' own daughters, Tammy (Krause) married
  to David Shaulis of Somerset and Wendy (Krause) married to Scott Ross
  also of Somerset, and great-grandchildren, Lukas Shaulis and Tabitha,
  Travis, Trisha and Alisha Ross.  Brother of Robert Wolk and John
  Wolk, both of Somerset, Mrs. George (Agnes) Long of Clairton, and
  Nettie Baker of Stahlstown.  Member of Milford United Methodist
  Church.  Friend will be received 7-9 p.m. Thursday and 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset; where funeral service
  will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Dwight Yinkey
  officiating.  Interment Rockwood I.O.O.F Cemetery.
