Born Nov. 11, 1930, in Boswell, son of Harry and Erma (Volk) Walker. Preceded in death by parents, two infant sisters and a son, Sean. Survived by wife, the former Christina Hamilton; daughter, Colleen W., wife of James Mitchell, Florida; sisters: Hope, wife of August Supanick and Carroll, wife of Earl Young, both of Pittsburgh; Kathleen, wife of Frank Supanick Sr., Gray; and brothers: David, married to Bertha Cox, Pittsburgh and Paul, married to Virginia Stuffs, Tennessee; also numerous nieces and nephews. Member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Retired display manager for the former Joseph Horne Co., now Lazarus Dept. Store. Would have observed 44th wedding anniversary Sept. 22, 2000. Visitation Wednesday and, Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Jobe Funeral Home, corner of Shaw Avenue and Triboro Expressway, Turtle Creek.
