  WALKER  
  
  Alma C. Walker, 93, of Huckleberry Highway, Central City, died May
  28, 2000 at home.  Born Aug. 30, 1906 in Brothersvalley Township,
  daughter of William and Lizzie (Weigle) Shroyer.  Preceded in death
  by parents, husband Percy, brother Leona Shroyer, sisters Mabel
  Rubright, Luella and Dorothy Rose Fochtman.  Survived by children:
  Shirley, married to Lewis Duppstadt of Central City; Ray, married to
  the former Sharon Armagost of Shippenville; Virgil, married to the
  former Pauline Hetrick of Somerset; Faye of Pittsburgh; Elvin,
  married to the former Sharon Aders of Bristow, Indiana; and Sylvan of
  Strattanville.  Also survived by 101 grandchildren and 11
  great-grandchildren.  Member of Saint Mark Lutheran Church in
  Shanksville.  Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4
  p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.  A
  viewing will be held from 1-2 p.m. Thursday followed by a service at
  Saint Mark, Lutheran Church in Shanksville with Rev. Steven Caler
  officiating.  Interment, Glade Union Cemetery.
