  WALKER
  
  Bernice H. Walker, 92, of Berlin, died March 10, 2003 at Meadowview
  Nursing Center, Berlin.  Born Dec. 10, 1910 in Beachdale, she was the
  daughter of Henry Clinton and Essie (Brant) Sevits.  She was preceded
  in death by her parents, husband John Orlo Walker, daughter Nancy
  (Mrs. David Hathaway), grandson David, Erik Hathaway, sisters Mrs.
  Clyde (Rae) Bender, Mrs. Clyde (Ferne) Dickey, Mrs. Fred (Evelyn)
  Watkins, Mrs. Robert (Esther) Cassidy, and a brother Richard
  Sevits.  Survived by a daughter Lois (Mrs. John Robert Esch), Berlin;
  grandchildren Barbara J. (Mrs. Timothy Peachey) Landisville; James M.
  Esch and his wife Stacy Tartar Esch, West Chester; Scott T. Hathaway;
  great-grandchildren, Sarah and Ben Peachey and Devin Esch.  Bernice
  was a 1930 graduate of the former Berlin High School.  She joined the
  Berlin Brethren Church in 1925.  Family will receive friends from 2 to
  4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where a
  service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with Rev. Eugene Oburn and
  Rev. Ralph Landis officiating.  Interment Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
